We work to shift the deep-seated narratives and cultural defaults that limit our imagination for a more just, caring, and thriving future. Through partnerships with organizers, advocates, creatives, and researchers, we help bring new narratives to life—ones that expand belonging, center community wisdom, and build momentum for change.

The Narrative Breakthrough Fellowship, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is the heart of this work. It offers leaders the rare gift of time, resources, and peer support to step back from the day-to-day, grapple with the stories beneath their issues, and experiment toward breakthroughs that can transform systems and culture.
